Machining 

Gear Hobbing : Gear tooth profiles are cut using a hob, which is highly efficient and suitable for mass production.

Gear hobbing : Gear hobbing with a gear-hobbing cutter for internal gears or special tooth profiles.

Gear grinding : Enhance gear accuracy (e.g., to Grade 6 or higher) for high-precision transmission.

Molding processing 

Gear milling : Machined using disc mills or end mills, suitable for single-piece and small-batch production.

Toothed belt : Broaching internal gears with a broach is highly efficient but costly.

Powder Metallurgy : Gears are manufactured by pressing and sintering, making this process suitable for small module gears and high-volume production.

3D printing : Used for rapid prototyping or for gears with complex geometries, such as non-circular gears.
